Our Vision

The CSplex Baseball & Softball Program exists to create more than just better players — it exists to build confident athletes, strong teammates, and better people. We want to provide a complete development pathway where every athlete, regardless of age, skill level, or organization affiliation, has access to quality instruction, resources, and opportunities to grow.

Our goal is to create an environment where players can begin their journey through fun and fundamentals, continue developing their skills and baseball/softball IQ, and ultimately gain the confidence and tools needed to compete at higher levels. Through clinics, camps, teams, lessons, instructors, and year-round training opportunities, we want families to see CSplex as a community resource and a home for development.

We believe development is more than mechanics and results. It includes accountability, leadership, resilience, teamwork, and learning how to handle success and failure. We want players to leave not only as stronger athletes, but as stronger individuals.

Justin Doyle
Program Director | CSplex Baseball & Softball

Justin Doyle is a Stafford native and former local stand out athlete with a lifelong passion for baseball, player development, and building opportunities for young athletes. After earning a Division I baseball scholarship, Justin continued his path through coaching, teaching, and working with athletes of all ages through camps, clinics, and player development programs.

With experience coaching at the high school level and developing training programs across multiple environments, Justin brings a long-term, development-focused approach to CSplex Baseball & Softball. His philosophy centers around building more than just skilled players — focusing on confidence, accountability, leadership, and helping athletes grow both on and off the field.

As Program Director, Justin is helping build a year-round baseball and softball program designed to be a resource for players, families, coaches, and organizations throughout the community. His goal is to create an environment that welcomes every athlete and provides access to quality instruction, development opportunities, and a clear path for growth, no matter skill level, team, or league.
